As a Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the recruitment, selection, and induction of employees, ensuring a high-quality workforce that aligns with the company’s strategic goals.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local and international labor laws.
• Manage performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
• Handle employee relations, addressing grievances and conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
• Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the workforce.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure that HR initiatives support the company’s overall business strategy.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices, incorporating innovative solutions into the company’s HR framework.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the plantation or agricultural sector.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
