As a Business Advisor / Field Collector, you will be responsible for visiting client locations, understanding their financial needs, and providing personalized advice and solutions. You will use our proprietary CRM system, Salesforce, to track client interactions and ensure seamless follow-ups. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in finance and sales to drive business growth and enhance client satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit client locations to assess their financial needs and provide personalized advice.
• Utilize Salesforce to track client interactions and manage follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of financial solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term business partnerships.
• Conduct regular client meetings to review financial progress and address any concerns.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.
• Report on client activities and financial performance to the management team.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking, finance, or sales, preferably in a client-facing role.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Knowledge of financial products and services offered by Northpoint Development Bank.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the banking and financial services industry in Indonesia.
