📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in line with OJK regulations.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
• Monitor and report on regulatory changes and ensure timely updates to our compliance framework.
• Provide guidance and training to the lending team on compliance best practices.
• Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues and breaches.
• Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance.
• Maintain and update compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, and records.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in fintech compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field in the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of OJK regulations and fintech compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in compliance or risk management is a plus.
• Familiarity with financial software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
