📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and motivate a team of store staff to achieve sales targets.,Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance.,Monitor and report on store performance metrics.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve overall business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management.,Proven track record of successfully leading a retail store.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and trends.
