📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and develop a team of 10-15 employees, providing training and mentorship.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the retail industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving sales performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
