📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails and mocktails using premium ingredients and top-shelf spirits.
• Maintain a well-stocked bar with a focus on high-quality, fresh ingredients and supplies.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to create signature cocktails and mocktails that complement our menu.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests and understanding their preferences to create personalized experiences.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in mixology, continuously expanding your skills and knowledge.
• Manage inventory and place orders for bar supplies, ensuring we have everything we need to deliver exceptional service.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and contribute to the overall success of the bar.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting.
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and bar tools and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and build rapport.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid food handler's permit and a clean driving record.
• Passion for creating innovative and delicious drink experiences for our guests.
