📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for software products.
  • Work with development team to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Write clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.
  • Review and edit documentation for clarity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure that documentation is consistent and meets quality standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing.
  • Provide technical writing training and support to other team members as needed.
  • Participate in product development meetings and provide input on documentation requirements.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical writing.
  • Strong background in software development and technical documentation.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Experience with technical writing tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
