Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of client's financial needs and objectives.,Build and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.,Provide expert financial advice and guidance to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client portfolio and increase revenue.,Monitor and analyze client accounts, providing regular reports and insights to the branch management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of financial products and services.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide innovative and compliant solutions to clients.,Represent Standard Chartered at networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship management, banking, or a similar role.,Strong understanding of financial products and services, with a proven track record of success in sales and client acquisition.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently.
