📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the distribution network to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.,Oversee the daily operations of the distribution team, including scheduling, route planning, and vehicle management.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth flow of goods and information.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available for distribution.,Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Provide regular reports on distribution performance and make recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics and distribution management principles.,Proven track record of successfully managing distribution networks.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with distribution management software and tools is a plus.
