In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and approving bridge loan applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and managing a portfolio of bridge loans. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assess and evaluate bridge loan applications to determine eligibility and risk.,Conduct thorough due diligence on borrowers and collateral to ensure the security of the loan.,Review and approve loan applications, setting terms and conditions as necessary.,Monitor the performance of bridge loans and take appropriate actions to mitigate risk.,Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate the loan process.,Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure compliance.,Provide guidance and support to junior underwriters and other team members.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all loan transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in bridge loan underwriting or a similar role in the financial services industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and bridge loan products.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using financial modeling and risk assessment tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
