PT Pratama Sejahtera is looking for a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Sumedang, Jawa Barat. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and develop a team of staff, providing training and support to ensure they deliver excellent service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability and sustainability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Prepare and present regular reports to management on restaurant performance and sales.,Participate in inventory management and procurement activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry best practices and trends.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using basic computer software and office equipment.
