In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a passion for financial accuracy and reporting.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax returns,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities,Provide financial advice and recommendations to management,Manage and mentor junior accountants,Perform bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable and receivable,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluent in English and Indonesian
