Pacific Real Estate is seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality food preparation and service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including staff management and scheduling.,Develop and implement menus that align with our brand and customer preferences.,Ensure food safety and quality standards are met at all times.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless dining experiences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine is a plus.
