📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job postings and promote job openings on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all hiring activities and candidate information.,Provide support and guidance to new hires during the onboarding process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
