As an MEPF Engineer at Megawide, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of MEPF systems, from initial design to final implementation. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all systems meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and coordination of MEPF systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Supervise the installation and testing of MEPF systems to guarantee their functionality and safety.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety protocols.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for project reviews and client presentations.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into project designs.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEPF design, coordination, and supervision.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software.
• Certification in MEPF systems design and supervision (e.g., LEED, BREEAM, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of national and international building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
