In this role, you will be responsible for managing cash handling operations, ensuring financial accuracy, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cash handling operations, including counting, depositing, and distributing cash.,Ensure accurate financial transactions and maintain proper records.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.,Supervise and train junior cashiers and bank tellers.,Monitor cash levels and implement security measures to prevent theft or loss.,Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations.,Assist in bank reconciliation and financial reporting.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in cash handling and banking operations.,Strong knowledge of banking procedures and financial regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using cash handling equipment and software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian banking systems and regulations.
