Port Glow Cemerlang is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Bookkeeper to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the processing of payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment of employees.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial information is available for reporting purposes.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Provide financial analysis and advice to support business decision-making.,Train and mentor junior bookkeepers and provide guidance on accounting procedures and best practices.,Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations and implement necessary changes in the company's accounting processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping.,Proven track record of success in managing financial records and ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Strong knowledge of accounting software, including QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and clients.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus.
