📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the layer egg farm, including feeding, watering, and health monitoring of laying hens.
• Implement and monitor feeding programs to ensure optimal egg production and quality.
• Manage and coordinate with the farm team to maintain clean and sanitary farm conditions.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues related to animal health, feed, and water supply.
• Work with the quality control team to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the nutritionist to develop and implement feeding strategies for improved egg production.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to egg production, feed conversion ratio, and mortality rates.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance farm efficiency and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in poultry farming, preferably in a layer egg production setting.
• Familiarity with modern poultry management practices and technologies, including automated feeding systems, climate control, and health monitoring tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of workers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of food safety and quality standards, including HACCP and GMP principles.
• Understanding of Indonesian agricultural regulations and certifications.
