📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of the healthcare facility, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.,Managing staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and staffing levels.,Coordinating with healthcare providers, ensuring timely and accurate patient care.,Monitoring and maintaining medical equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition.,Assisting in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.,Conducting regular audits and assessments of operational processes to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborating with the management team to develop and implement strategic plans for the facility.,Providing support to the facility manager in the implementation of quality improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Public Health, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare or operational management role.,Strong understanding of healthcare operations and management principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
