📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bakery, including production, quality control, and customer service.,Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity in the bakery.,Manage the bakery's budget and financial performance, ensuring that we are operating within our financial targets.,Lead and motivate the bakery's team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the bakery, and that the workplace is safe and compliant.,Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase the bakery's customer base and revenue.,Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure that we are meeting our overall business objectives.,Represent the bakery at industry events and conferences, building relationships with key stakeholders and industry leaders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field.,At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of bakery operations, including production, quality control, and customer service.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Familiarity with financial management and budgeting, including the ability to track and report on financial performance.,Experience with marketing and sales strategies, including the ability to develop and implement effective campaigns.,A valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
