📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion.

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.

Identify and mitigate project risks.

Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.

Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.

Collaborate with the development team to ensure successful project execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

5+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis or Project Management.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).

Knowledge of ITIL or PMP certification is a plus.
