📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit clients to collect overdue payments and provide support to resolve their financial issues.
• Use our in-house collection system and other relevant tools to manage and track collections efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provide timely and effective solutions to clients' financial concerns.
• Report on collections and other relevant activities to the team leader and management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and other relevant activities to support the smooth operation of the collection team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of successful collections and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
