📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and maintain the Odoo ERP system, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and processes.
• Configure and customize Odoo modules to meet specific business requirements.
• Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Monitor system performance and make recommendations for enhancements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Odoo features and best practices, and implement them as appropriate.
• Conduct regular training sessions for users to ensure they are proficient in using the system.
• Participate in project planning and execution, contributing to the overall success of digital transformation initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in ERP implementation and maintenance, with a focus on Odoo.
• Certification in Odoo (e.g., Odoo Developer, Odoo Functional Consultant) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of business processes and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with other ERP systems is a bonus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
