EMBER Pratama is looking for an Assistant Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, assisting in sourcing and screening candidates, and contributing to the development of our recruitment strategies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Source and screen candidates for various job openings.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain and update the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the recruitment team.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Support the recruitment team in managing the recruitment budget.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and ATS software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
