📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).,Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.,Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
