In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record in managing accounting teams. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage and mentor a team of accountants and bookkeepers.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial processes.,Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders.,Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Manage bank reconciliations and ensure accurate financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with payroll processing and labor laws.
