📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of smartphone and electronic devices using advanced diagnostic tools and software such as iMazing, Tenorshare, and UFOTouch.
• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure that repaired devices meet our high standards of performance and functionality.
• Provide excellent customer service, explaining repair processes and costs clearly to customers.
• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and repair techniques through continuous training and professional development.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient and safe repair operations.
• Collaborate with the team to improve repair processes and implement new technologies.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide support via phone and email.
• Participate in inventory management to ensure that spare parts and tools are available for repairs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in smartphone and electronics repair.
• Proven expertise in repairing various smartphone brands and models, including iPhone, Samsung, and other popular brands.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software such as iMazing, Tenorshare, and UFOTouch.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid certification in smartphone and electronics repair (preferred but not mandatory).
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
