📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement TVET training programs in collaboration with industry partners
• Conduct needs assessments and market research to identify training gaps
• Design curriculum and training materials using relevant tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Coordinate with trainers, assessors, and stakeholders to ensure program quality
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness using data analytics tools
• Assist in the recruitment and placement of trainees in partner companies
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in TVET and HR
• Support the HR team in administrative tasks and HR policies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Familiarity with TVET principles and practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Basic knowledge of data analytics tools like Google Analytics or Microsoft Power BI
